A weekend of Scottish sport, music, and tradition

Join us for an unforgettable weekend celebrating Scottish heritage, culture, and music at the Tidewater Highland Games. Set among the lush beauty of a 100-year-old working farm, the Tidewater Highland Games features traditional Highland athletics, Scottish dancing, pipe bands, and world-class music artists, including The Marshall Tucker Band, Albannach, and Seven Nations.

Savor the taste of haggis or meat pies, along with Scottish and American food from vendors at the Games. Beer, wine, and whisky tastings also form part of the weekend festivities. With more than 30 Scottish clans and societies participating, visitors can stroll through Clan Village to learn about family names, history, and connections to Scotland. Whether you’re Scottish or “nottish,” everyone can be Scottish for a day.

If you have a kilt, wear it. Visitors can also purchase kilts, tartans, Scottish accessories, crafts, and gifts from artisan vendors.
